31f02eca61 integrated new storage implementations in C# app. 
Extended file chooser to show error messages in case of connection failure. Important for new FTP/WebDav implementations when browsing fails.

aaa6b371e0 Bug fixes: 
* make sure we never have an invalid startIndex in PwGroup.SearchEvalAdd
 * make sure AndroidContentStorage does never throw (not if permission denial exception occurs) and make sure we always return a reason for read-only. Also don't return read-only when it's not.
 * StopListening doesn't log Invalid State Exception as unexpected

80b6a1d287 Support for Storage Access Framework 
* EntryEditActivity: support content-URIs and extracting display names from them
* AndroidContentStorage.cs, SelectStorageLocationActivityBase.cs: support for SAF with persistable URI permissions
* FileChooser returns URI as data
* CreateDatabaseActivity.cs supports content URIs
* FileStorageSelectionActivity: doesn't show "Local file" anymore, now system file picker on KitKat

1704e44afc Implemented GetFilename method in JavaFileStorage providers and updated usage in C# components. This resolves a bug with loading the OTP aux file in SkyDrive and Google Drive. 
Fixed bug which prohibited creating databases on FTP/HTTP/WebDav (no credentials were queried)

Fixed bug which prohibited to use the Android 4.4 KITKAT file picker

Removed permission for internal file browser to allow using the internal picker in 4.4 as well (Security Exception)
