0fd5758566 improved behavior for keyboard/autofill service activation (don't activate keyboard if looking up for autofill, ask autofill/keyboard before bringing up keyboard activation)

31f02eca61 integrated new storage implementations in C# app. 
Extended file chooser to show error messages in case of connection failure. Important for new FTP/WebDav implementations when browsing fails.
